Really amazing team, fun and supportive culture, entrepreneurial mindset.

This is not a "cushy" job - it's a startup and every member of the team works full time and contributes meaningfully. i.e. you can't easily "coast" here

I'm the co-founder so I'm biased. Pro's are I believe with all my heart in our mission, I get to have deep relationships with our residents, and I get to work on a variety of projects.

Cons are we are a small team so sometimes it can feel overwhelming.
