Requires self-starters, low ego, good communication skills. Ramp is a little steep, tech stack is fairly deep, and the business moves incredibly fast. You will be exposed to the behind the scenes processes and minutia of film and television workflows, for some, that ruins the magic, for others it adds a whole new appreciation.
