They have secured themselves a very impressive ledger of clients-for now. The company has accrued lots of exceptional talent-for now.

No structure, no plans, no hope. Greedy upper management, who use and abuse openly to squeeze every last bit of profit possible. Open disregard for staff welfare, work life balance or development. An abundance of greasy-pole climbers who weave a subversive and hostile company culture in an attempt to grab power, appearing to be in control while doing very little to contribute, something that upper management encourages. Increasingly unhappy clients such as the London Stock Exchange, who are becoming more and more aware of the fact that upper management has pocketed their $10 million investment. C-suite who cannot agree or organise themselves, one of whom was charged for tax fraud and has a habit of supporting fascist regimes. The company will unapologetically agree work on your behalf, regardless of your skills or available resources and then if you are unable to deliver to the client, push you Infront of them to take the blame and then publicly shame you on the company wide slack channel.
