None of that matters if you get laid off. The company is owned and managed by NantHealth, a company with the most opaque and aloof management that I've seen so far. There have been several RIFs this year with little information given during, and after the event. Want to know why it happened? Will it happen again? Find out at the town hall in a month-and-a-half. What's the plan going forward? 🤷 This year's bonus was not paid out, citing poor company performance. Next year will not either.
