1. The Group is a scale-up so the employee counts is fairly low (around 100). Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The Finance team in particular has been amazingly patient and supportive with me in my starting months. 2. There is no strict corporate structure which allows you control over the type of work you do which you can tailor to the areas that interest you. 3. Only one UBO so there isn't a huge stakeholder expectation in terms of reporting. 4. The team is very diverse in terms of culture and nationalities. 5. Healthy work life balance. Very little overtime and the team is flexible if you have personal errands to run during working hours.
