I've been at the company for about 6 months and it has been one of the best jobs i've had throughout my career. The people are all very smart, sensible and really great to work with. The company has a strong focus on employee wellbeing. There aren't a million projects running at all at once but there are a few big projects that people actually have the time to think about and execute well.

A truly global company means sometimes you need to join calls that are early in the morning or late the evening but this doesn't happen often.

* It's a great brand * Great partners * Decent product with strong distribution

* Management style was heavily top-down, with decision-making concentrated among a small group of senior leaders. * This was the same when they were all working at KAYAK under the same group * I observed what I felt was preferential treatment of certain employees (notably of a certain ethnicity - IYKYK), which negatively impacted perceptions of fairness and inclusivity within the organisation. * The workplace environment could be highly stressful, and concerns raised by employees were not always addressed effectively. * Staff wellbeing, retention, and morale appeared to be ongoing challenges during my time with the company.
