Products come here to die. -If you can be replaced with someone cheaper, you will be—even if you received company awards and acknowledgement in the days and months before your termination. -Diversity = a team of white men who consistently speak (mow) over their female counter parts on a daily basis. -Unconscious Bias and Sexual Harassment training is only there to “check the box.” Women have been referred to with pet names in my presence. -The expectation is that you work until you die. - Flexible work arrangements are touted as possible, but are rare. The number crunchers in facilities over estimated the amount of office space required for employees, so there is a major push to return workers to the office. -“Keep your head down” is the mantra to ensure you don’t make the short list for termination.
