Great offices, good benefits (daily lunch, contribution to travel expenses, contribution to gym membership, etc).

Unfortunately, senior management is not open to receiving any criticism. As soon as you raise any issues or point out problems, you get blacklisted by your manager. This senior management attitude has created a very bad culture of backstabbing and dishonesty. HR department is extremely unprofessional.
