      The people are good and nice and caring.

      The leadership is not good. They don't listen. They don't know what they're doing. No investment in product or engineering. Diversity and inclusion is not a priority. Everyone is burned out.

The leaders in this company are the best human beings I have ever had the opportunity to work with. At Opencare we all work together, no matter your title. Everyone supports each other, and we all want everyone to succeed. You are allowed and encouraged to be the best version of yourself here at Opencare.

      False advertisement to get employees on board. High turnover, micromanaged and untrusted product/manager. No room for growth.
