Toxic work environment. Several rounds of redundancies with limited legal justification. Constant risk of being let go with no consultation process followed. Hire and fire ethos. CEO is cutthroat and openly brags about wishing to fire entire teams. Colleagues throw you under the bus due to the ruthless environment created by a never-ending cycle of firing and rehiring. Salaries across the board are below market value. Expectations are that you have to pick up whatever is thrown at you, without consideration for work-life balance or experience/knowledge. Regularly work late nights without recognition and often it becomes the expectation to work extremely late due to a drastic lack of capacity/limited team sizes. This, paired with the low salaries, means you are being shortchanged in every way!

Leaving the company was the pro

Underpayed and overworked Often expected to see difficult or young patients which should be seen by a GP, in the guise of ‘development’ but they were just short staffed and didn’t want to hire any GPs!!! Many 10 minute short clinic slots but always overrun as difficult queries/ bookings. Toxic work culture
