was double taking payments off people and the refund process was not fast due to technical issues, lots of complaints from this made it unbearable, then moved the company to india and communication was very poor and text book.
Bad company..treats their clients badly and doesn’t compensate them when Opodo makes mistakes. Leaves travellers with small kids at airports and doesnt attend their calls when they are in need. Opodo makes lots of mistakes with peoples bookings. It’s very unfair with clients and abuses them on the basis that they won’t sue Opodo.
