      Pay on time.Nice office.Super LGBTQ+ friendly. Some nice and smart colleagues .

      Revolving door. People usually resign due to heavy toxicity, unbearable micromanagement and cliques forcing them to break under sheer pressure . Other reason is getting bored to support/maintain the monolith with no real career advance. Everybody tries to put the blame to others when things go even slightly wrong . Silos everywhere, fights, zero company culture and mostly cosmetic PeopleOps . Arrogance and even slight bullying from the Seniors to Juniors in some departments.

      We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience while working for Optasia. We really wish you would have taken advantage of our open-door policy to all senior management, including the CEO himself, to express your concerns directly as it would have been beneficial to the company and would have resulted in less frustration for you.
