I have always felt respected and trusted by all of my colleagues, no matter which level of seniority or which department they are in.

In my opinion, there aren't any cons. The only thing that you have to weigh is whether or not a startup environment is right for you. We don't always have defined processes for everything — but to me that's the fun part! We get to set and adjust processes because we are a newer company.
