Worst Employer - Recensione dipendente - CNC Machinist presso Opti Distribution

The owner is a horrible human being. Extremely impatient and always lashes out at the employees. Most employees will quit within a few months due to severe mistreatment. That's why there's barely anyone working there. I was often forced to stay after work and work overtime without any additional pay. The lack of care for employees were astonishing, which includes needing to climb tall storage racks without any safety equipment. Absolutely do NOT work here
