- Benefits are fine, but not worth the compensation to hour ratio - Learning opportunities are there, but you have to do most of the learning yourself, and on important projects nevertheless - Some people were great to work with and had the "trenches" mentality, and have since left the company

- No work/life balance whatsoever - Lack of communication from the top-bottom, with little to no say about changes that could be made - Tunnel-vision on client work results in a diminishing return from the work done by the employees. If everything is about "client work, no matter the time", how do you expect an employee with minimal resources to put out their best work?
