Thank you for your feedback; it is helpful to have the perspective of former employees as we work to continually improve at OCC. OCC maintains a pay for performance system and it is our intention to provide merit increases every 12-18 months. Now that we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic, we are back on that schedule.
