-PAY.... It is well below ($10k below) any other company for a similar position -Rude Russians -This is a place where creativity and original thinking go to die. -Every person that is skilled or brings something to the table is just biting time until they find their next job somewhere else. There are very few passionate /brilliant people remaining and the ones that stick it out are beyond lazy and incompetent.
