Great group of dedicated people, corporate backing, but still feels like a small company and many promotions from within.

Always busy and parts of the year are very very busy. The intensity during busier times is not for everyone.

Great work life balance very understanding about home life kids and such.

Downside managers they knew everything but really didn't know anything. After COVID and different Gm came in talked a pretty good game it was a half and half always seem to listen to the person that wasn't there very long to as someone that was there for 10 years or 5 years or 6 years. Very over worked people those people were my friends and none of them were ever heard probably will eventually close down do to the pm and managers unfortunately alot of nonsense and no one wants to work make anyone work. 🤷
