Work load is not distributed amongst the whole team. Those who are the most competent are bombarded with work unlike others in team. Senior management display attributes of institutional racism and lack impartiality as they are friends with each other. A very dire working environment which senior management are very hierarchical and disrespectful to staff in a lower job status. Lack of career advancement and opportunity. Company claim they are solutions focused when this could not be farther from the truth. Which advice is provided to senior management on how the meet KPI staff are shunned. There is a lack of care and compassion for customers and large government institutions should find an alternative healthcare provider.
