The providers here are incredible with patients and staff. Phong Dang is another reason to work here. Culture is lovely and management focuses on the team morale. Very little turn over. Great team work.

So many wonderful people work here and it was tough learning everyone’s name. It’s a busy place, not for the lazy.

Pay is decent for workflow and that it’s entry level.

Fired without warning after just four days for vague “mannerisms” and “cussing”—yet no policies were given, no real training provided, and no warnings issued. Meanwhile, another employee with a bad attitude was “worked with” instead of fired. 🚩 Selective enforcement & inconsistent rules 🚩 Management refused to explain the firing 🚩 Privacy concerns—was given another employee’s last four SSN 🚩 Disorganized training—left to figure things out alone Unorganized, unprofessional, and unfair. If you’re considering working here, don’t.
