Remote working is encouraged but also for those who want to attend the office it is made available. Really helpful HR and IT departments together with open and available management make this a wonderfully rewarding place to work.

With remote working sometimes it is more difficult to get to know everyone in the business, a few more joint office days would be good

I have worked at Optimal Solicitors for over a year now. I have been provided with training when requested, and receive support when required. There has been many opportunities for learning more within the role. The work environment is professional and provides a positive culture for work-life balance. The company makes a genuine effort to unite employees through team activities, outings and charity events.
