Required 4:00 AM shifts to support Australian clients.Micro-management: Extremely strict time-tracking policies where 2 minutes of mouse inactivity is marked as idle time. Requires redundant, manual monthly Excel work logs.Job Insecurity: Laid off after six months without any bench period or alternative project placement because the client account ended. Overall, a poorly managed company with stressful policies. Avoid.
