Excellent company to start a career, especially in optic design, manufacturing, and testing. Work-life balance is fantastic and management is always willing to work with you regarding things outside of work. There are countless opportunities to learn new skills and management encourages everyone to learn whatever they want to learn to better themselves as a person and employee. Monthly bonuses are a huge plus which helps comradery across multiple departments.

Health benefits and employer 401K match could be better but overall not bad.

PTO is good and flexible.

People in management positions are either unqualified or unwilling to fulfill the requirements of the position, almost ignoring any issues you bring to their attention. Many former employees who have been with the company have left within the past year or two due to the negative trajectory of the company and mismanagement. Pay isn’t great and the health care plan options are poor.
