The management is a menace, the CEO doesn't have his own plan he made and dropped 3 projects in 6 months. The CFO doesn't respect people's opinions she says if we pay them to come to office they should obey everything. They bring pot, vodka, beers, whiskey to office, no professionalism at all. The only department which is treated right is Finance the marketing department is a mess, and the CEO whenever holds a meet he has GPT'ed everything like every word copied from ChatGPT, if you ask any questions in between he doesn't have any answer to it, he simply says listen to me first and proceeds to spread his own perspective and propaganda. The CEO got ego so big once he hired a cinematographer for the role of Performance marketing and then he didn't replace him cause he had selected him, he told us he had cracked an IQ round so he needs to be hired but what we need more is he needs to know his work too. The cinematographer didn't knew how to operate social media and how to boost post, even how to analyse the reach. He randomly goes through shark tank and grabs any random idea and accomplished it, then months later the sits with CFO and then proceeds to step behind and then all the efforts made towards the plan are wasted. It's more like the CFO runs the company. The worst management running on ego 90% of the times.
