Chaos and confusion directed by a well-meaning but ill-equipped and uneducated senior management team. A fundamental misunderstanding of the technology and its application results in a Heath Robinson approach to design and build, of which the company can’t break free. Ultimately a very frustrating place to work, shadowed by a constant and unshakeable sense that everything could fall apart at any moment. I personally found it a depressing shame to have seen so many talented, skilled and ambitious individuals come and then very quickly leave.
