I was there last summer for a few months and had a great experience learning about web design. It was a cool office to work and everyone was super friendly.

Some people worked from home, so it was hard to learn from them as an intern.

I first started working with a competitor of Optimized360 that offered templates and "custom designs" -- which technically was a template with limited customization. This was the apparent norm and trend at the time. Did not have a pleasant experience because most of the employees were college students, like myself, at the time. Didn't see much room for growth because everything was so systematic. Since it was systematic, it was hard to find a way to improve and grow as a consultant because it was hard to distinguish our templates from other many template companies out there. I started looking around for something out of the norm and came across Optimized360. I loved that they did custom work from scratch. I was able to grow and move up in title and pay and eventually managed my own team because we offered such a unique product, it actually required training and hard work to convey and justify our product to our prospects. The interview was very pleasant with the CEO. Built a great relationship with the team after a few months because the work environment was like a family outside of your own. I've learned a lot from the CEO and Directors there. Great mentors. Taught me lessons in not only business/work but on a more personal level in which they assisted me with how to set my life as a college student turning into an adult with now a family.

There's current construction with the building since the company is growing/expanding. It is almost done but other than that.. no complaints.
