While there are attractive incentives on the surface, such as working from home, they do not outweigh the reality that employees are valued almost exclusively by their numbers. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone considering joining, especially if you’re looking for a supportive environment that prioritizes people and customers over constant pressure and metrics.
