I have worked at lots of places, and the company is run by just a nice setup of people. - The CEO really cares about his people. - It's a high growth company and the company is "winning" everyday - Pay is good.

      The company is growing fast, and there are some growing pains as the company adjusts, so there is a bump here and there as management learns to adjust and new processes are put into place.
