1yThank you for sharing your feedback. We take every review seriously as we continually strive to improve as an organization. However, I feel it’s important to clarify a few points for transparency.
At our company, we provide all team members with clear KPIs and expectations that align with our business goals. Unfortunately, in this case, there was a failure to meet those KPIs. Rather than focusing on the core responsibilities of your HR role, you frequently diverted attention to areas that did not align with your objectives or contribute to the company’s overall direction.
As a result, the environment became more strained, not because of leadership, but due to your inability to focus on the tasks required of you. Ignoring key communications and disappearing during work hours directly hindered team progress. In any organization, but especially in a fast-paced for-profit one like ours, communication and accountability are essential. This isn't a government or nonprofit setting where opinions on "what should happen" take precedence over results. Here, we need to follow through on our agreed-upon direction and strategy.
When I reached out to address these issues and you failed to respond during working hours, my message was clear: "Call me or send in your resignation." It’s easy to assign blame when things go wrong, but the reality is, responsibility and follow-through were consistently lacking on your part.
We aren’t perfect, but without a solid plan and commitment to that plan, we cannot successfully operate or support our team. Accountability is non-negotiable in our organization.
Going forward, we will continue to hire HR professionals who are dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment while meeting their responsibilities. We wish you success in your future roles.
P.S: "Get out before the burnout hits you." The fact that you ended the review with this statement speaks volumes about the attitude you brought to the table. Respectfully, it’s a reflection of your approach to both the role and the responsibilities you chose to neglect.
