Nothing that I can think of.

Despite being an intern, my experience was very close to that of an actual employee. No test projects or anything, once you join you are treated as an actual employee and you get to contribute on big projects. The team is quite communicative and supporting too!

No cons as such, just be sure to clock in all the hours that you're supposed to be working.
