the way that upper management treats you, the supervisors are great, but the corp people just see numbers, when you are on a call center floor interacting with people telling them stuff they don't want to hear they are unhappy, and when suddenlink is refusing to fix an ongoing issue in an area they don't want to refer suddenlink to friends and family.
