Doesn't care about the customer - Recensione dipendente - Retail Sales Associate presso Optimum

The company does not care about you. They are only interested in how much money you can make them. They don't care about the customer. They won't let you help or keep a customer. They won't even try to help a customer unless they threaten to disconnect then they have to be sent to a retention department. You aren't allow to help them. I don't know why they even have a local office.
