Incredible respect and growth opportunities for someone early in their career. The culture is polite and not judgmental while having a level of professionalism.

Svantaggi

There is an occasional lack of structure due to being a small company coming out of being a startup. The flexibility leads to the occasional gap in procedure. If you are not flexible, the engineering experience has limited applications elsewhere in the PNW due to it being a chilled water optimization company.

The opportunity to be a part of an existing and impactful SaaS product that reduces the carbon footprint, and a company that's expanding into Energy as a Service with a growth trajectory ahead. Ownership over day to day, creating processes and scalability. It's a great group of people and although we are primarily a remote company, we care about maintaining meaningful connection by hosting company gatherings and weekly virtual "huddles" that range in content but keep the entire company engaged and informed.
