Payslip Details of other employee was leaked to me and not sure if it’s the same where my personal details was sent to others. Details including residential address, bank account number, salary. All the details you can find in the payslip. Also, the payslip wasn’t always sent. Depending on the mood of the system.

This is the first time which I did not received my salary on the 7th day of the following month after submission of my notice. Under the employment contract says that salary will be paid by the 5th working day and under Singapore Employment Act, employers should pay the salary no later than 7 days after the end of working month which clearly the company violated.
