Zero ethics, zero integrity and no transparency. They mislead you. They recruited me on a year’s contract but terminated my contract the day after I joined. Though they had verbally told me it is for a year their contract was drafted vaguely to mislead me. They knew it was going to be a short term contract but hid that information from me deliberately. Having left another job to join optimum, I ended jobless in less than a month’s time because of their unethical and unfair practices. What is even worse is the extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour afterwards - they evaded emails and when forced they would send terse and vague responses. Though they offered to find another project or job initially, they did nothing not even give me a lead or arrange an interview.
