Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences at Optimy. You are right, we do not offer what you call the usual tech benefits but we will continue to invest in our employees and into company benefits in the future such as introducing a better workspace environment etc.. Optimy is a fast-paced environment and constant change is something that will occur in a scale-up organisation. However, we are always learning and improving at each stage of change.
