1) It is a very small company or team. 2) I have learned a lot about cheap politics in this office. 3) It is a company with talented young trainees (most of them are freshers). 4) Saturday and Sunday leave available. 5) Will get overtime every day. 6) Daily team meeting (>3) available. 7) Still using older technologies and much more.

Svantaggi

1) Management and the technical team especially TA, CTO and HR have no idea how to run the company. 2) No one is working here for more than 18 months. 3) No JOB SECURITY, at any point of time they will fire you for no reason. 4) They treat the employees as their slaves, especially if you are fresher. 5) Career growth is not ensured. 6) Poor SALARY PACKAGE. 7) No successful projects, products and clients. 8) Clients are not satisfied due to poor quality. 9) Working in this company means suicide yourself. 10) All of the available positive comments in this glass door are done by CEO of this company. | Check the similarity of other positive reviews. 11) Most people resigned because of cheap politics and lack of salary. . . .

Thanks for the feedback and I appreciated the time taken to write this review. First thing I would like to clarify is that this account is managed by HR Manager and we don't write reviews in our favor. You are right there is no place for politics in office and as a result we've been forced to take 'fair' decisions against some resources. We have a good mix of senior and junior resources and would like to extend our thanks to keep their faith and support for the company. We have good technical team and we always try to improve. We always provide our clients discovering the latest technology advancements and trends for last 9 years.
