Where do I begin? I enjoyed my job for about the first year of working there. New managers and directors were hired and it caused a downward spiral. Management constantly making changes to the teams which causes chaos and unfair workload dispersement. There was extreme favoritism amongst departments. Managers would pin entire departments against one another. They hired a warehouse manager that was allowed to slam doors, berate employees and be inappropriately aggressive to staff without repercussions. Anything this manager did was just swept under the rug. He literally abused staff and had numerous complaints with HR until they finally received a complaint that was so well documented they had no choice but to let him go. One of the directors will lie and throw staff under the bus for her own errors. She picks and chooses who and how she wants to punish for “wrongdoings.” If she’s intimidated by you- you’ll get off scot-free. If she is not intimidated by you, prepare to be punished to the “fullest extent of the law.” This director is happy to turn the other cheek for an employee who has been caught sleeping at their desk on a weekly basis and has seen it herself. An entire department got out of doing any work for several hours a week by doing “team breakfasts” where they brought in griddles and literally cooked a five course breakfast for themselves in the break room, sat around and chatted for hours, and were always be behind on work and asked the other department to do half of their work for them because of this. The supervisor would jump down anyone’s throat if they sent an email to anyone on her team for follow up. This supervisor also refused to allow her uncertified and unlicensed team to answer the phones because they were “too busy” and in turn clinical certified and licensed pharmacy technicians were required to be customer service instead of focusing on working on prescriptions and MD communications. It’s a revolving door and they have had numerous people leave in the last several months. I can think of atleast 3 very seasoned and solid employees that didn’t even provide notice when they left, a few others gave two weeks. I can think of 7 people that have left in the last 6 months, and I actually think I am missing a person or two from that estimate. Lastly, they micromanage. They’re not open to ideas, and they treat their employees poorly. The current director let go of a technician for whatever undisclosed reason and used that opportunity to hold a meeting to instill fear and say “you might be next, we can easily replace you” to the rest of the technicians. I this was a couple years ago and I never forgot this. Look somewhere else. You don’t deserve to be treated like you’re nothing.
