I can’t say anything as they were unable to transfer salary after 3 months

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Before joining, they involve an internal employee who pretends to be an external consultant and demands 50% of your first month’s salary as a “consultancy fee”. Later you discover the consultant is part of the company. I resigned on 11th July and my last working day was 14th August. I was assured that 50% of my July salary would be credited on 12th August and the remaining dues (July balance + August 14 days) would be paid by end of August. Till now, no payment has been received. Asset submission was completed on 24th September, after which HR promised to send my relieving letter the same day. Even after consistent follow-ups for months, I have received neither salary nor documents. Despite reaching out to the Business Director, CEO and HR, there was no support or resolution. Deeply unprofessional and unethical workplace culture. I strongly advise candidates to avoid this company.

Salary credits on time mostly.

Pathetic working environment, no matter on what position you are. HR management disappoints you the most as they can't help you in any way because they just try to save their jobs.
