Continuous confusion on company identity, compensation is feast or famine. If you are not already on this bus, don't bother, there is no room for mid-level "outsiders". Long time sales reps are coddled while new and mid-tier reps and regions suffer from the quota dump to sustain growth. Also OBSCENE non-competes that make employees indentured servants. They need a good lawsuit that reminds them you can't "own" people. The cool individual cultures of what made Fishnet and Accuvant special are LONG gone. Blackstone and KKR are vultures picking this carcass clean of what is left before they dump it for pennies on the dollar.

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
