Work from home is an option but only if your supervisor allows it. In my experience, only those that are favored on the team get work from home without a fight.

Managers are horrible. Micromanage, play favoritism within teams, don’t take coaching well, and treat employees horribly based on their personal opinions about people. Pay is very low and it is well known in the company that the Billing department makes very little compared to everyone else. There is no growth within the department and the raises shouldn’t even count as a raise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please set a meeting with your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns. Our annual raises are above the national average but are prorated based on when you join the company during the year.

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
