I've never been told 'I am too busy to help you' when I had a technical question for another team. *Relaxed environment. If you do your work and do it well, learn the tools, take notes, mind customer privacy and security, and participate in sharing ideas, management isn't going to be breathing down your back to always be busy. Optiv seems to trust their employees with time. *Lots of opportunities for internal movement in the company.

*Average benefits *Nearly non-existent female workforce in Optiv's technology management teams. *Quarterly bonuses are nice, but highly dependent on other groups' performance *'Recharge' program a lot of tech companies use [Take time off when you want to] seems like an excuse to not have to pay banked PTO in the case of workers leaving the company, or getting laid off. I personally previously had liked to spend a year banking hours before taking PTO to pad transition security between jobs.

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
