The teamwork and overall talent in the company is outstanding! I have not come across a more engaged management team that focuses on breaking down barriers to success and finding creative solutions. Optiv works as if it were a 100 employee company when it is 15 times that size. This is a remarkable achievement and what drew me to this company. I enjoy working here.

It will take time for the customer base to understand the branding and value of merging two very innovative and successful companies to form a much stronger and robust organization. This period will pass but it does detract from some of the forward motion that each company had on their own.
