Multiples product to work . 2. All are industries updated technologies 3. They pay good and having all other benefits, allowances etc . 4. Job security as because of multiple clients 5. Appreciations on your good work from top management. 6. You can reach to anyone, doesn’t matter it’s CEO or your teammates. 7. Work life balance 8. Multiple social activities Many more

      2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
