- The workforce is diverse and intelligent. I look up to many of the people I work with. - Ideas and opinions are encouraged and are heard. It doesn't mean that you'll always get your way, but you can freely express yourself. - Dynamic company culture. Continuous improvement is encouraged. Great place for people who like to be challenged and a fast paced environment. - Healthy work life balance. Great perks like a top-notch breakfasts and lunches, coffees etc. - Career development opportunities if you are proactive about it. I have worked in different roles and departments since I've started. - Positive company outlook. Optiver had outstanding returns in 2018 and I feel optimistic about the company's future prospects.

- There will always be more work than people. On one hand it means that there are always opportunities to make an impact, on the other hand it can mean shifting priorities and difficulty finishing projects. - Optiver's company culture is not for everyone. People who like a slower-paced, low pressure workplace wouldn't like it. It helps a lot to have an interest in finance.
