IT management frat house culture. The longer someone has been with the company directly relates to how hard it is to work with them and not in a positive way. "We don't do that here" mentality. Beware coming in with ideas of your own. You will be met with push back and the feeling that you are stepping on individual's toes. The best idea does not win here, office politics does. Optiver management is made up of individuals who are either yes-men, blindly doing the bidding of those above them without an inkling of how their decisions effect their team, or on the other hand grads who have never worked anywhere else.
