      Effective two-way communication is definitely a challenge is such a dispersed workforce! We appreciate your honesty in letting us know we let you down in this area. As a company, one of our biggest priorities over the past 18 months has been to improve communication at all levels, creating an environment where everyone feels they are valued, respected, and treated fairly.
