New hires are not given adequate time to adjust before being held to strict and sometimes unclear performance standards, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. There is also a lack of empathy or transitional support for those who are let go. Employees are frequently expected to relocate or make significant life changes despite having little job security, leaving many feeling financially and emotionally exhausted.
