I don't recommend working here! - Recensione dipendente - Technical Recruiter presso Optomi

- A very toxic work environment. You can tell by the other reviews that Optomi does not have the best culture and work environment and it is very true. My boss is very young and doesn't know how to teach or prepare you for a new role correctly without making you feel dumb. This did effect my ability to work due to making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. This took a tool on my mental health because of the management and also some coworkers bit being welcoming. - Managers say they don't favor certain workers for jobs they get in but that is a LIE. They are very unprofessional when it comes to creating teams at Optomi. This is because they will have employees managing friends they have had for 5+ years before working there and it's hard for them to tell me they don't favor or try to help there life long friends more. Hire professionaly and make sure there is no conflict of interest when promoting people or adding new people their team!!
