You'll hear about it - Something in the system went wrong and your numbers were affected? Deal with it - Timekeeping system screw up your metrics? Deal with it, management doesn't care and you'll be ignored if you bring it up. - No time to check emails or do any of the other things you need to do. - Favorites shown - WFH with zero team camraderie, I feel like a contractor. - Management does absolutely ZERO to develop you. - The absolute definition of drudgery - Worst computer system I've ever seen, doesn't even have an inherent DDI or OMD catcher - Constantly new processes introduced through cumbersome emails with no easy-access central database to quickly get all info.
